AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, MCHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. That part of Industrial Drive from IL Route 120 (Elm
Street) north to the south line of McHenry City Center Business Park
subdivision is hereby renamed Oak Drive. That part of Industrial Drive
running in an easterly and westerly direction shall remain Industrial
Drive. (See map attached as Exhibit "A")
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 5. Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-80-19, this ordinance shall
take effect 30 days after the election authorities (McHenry County Clerk)
and the McHenry Post Office have been notified of such change by
certified mail.
