AMENDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 0-85-378 regarding the
Environmental Advisory Committee, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. Committee Membership.
The Environmental Advisory Committee shall consist of
members, being citizens of the City of McHenry, Illinois. The members
and Chairman of the Committee shall be appointed by the Mayor with the
advice and consent of the City Council. The term of office for each
member shall be two years for terms expiring on or after the fiscal
year beginning May 1, 1994. Members shall serve without pay."
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the
terms and provisions hereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and
under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry,
Illinois.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
