Aiv ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT AND CAPITAL GRANT
AGREEMENT REGARDING COMMUTER PARKING LOT PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Consultant Services Agreement between
the City of McHenry, Illinois and Baxter & Woodman, Inc., a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement and the City Clerk be and she is hereby author-
ized to attest said Agreement and to cause the same to be
delivered to all required parties, contingent upon the
approval and execution of the Capital Grant Agreement,
hereinafter described between the City of McHenry, Illinois
and the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation.
SECTION 2. That the Capital Grant Agreement relating
to the commuter parking lot project between the State of
Illinois, Illinois Department of Transportation, Division
of Public Transportation and the City of McHenry, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor, be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement
and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to attest
said Agreement and to cause the same to be delivered to all
of the proper parties, as and for the act of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 3. All ordinances, or parts thereof, in
conflict with the terms and provisions hereof, be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in
pamphlet form by and under the authority of the corporate
authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
