AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE
CONCERNING ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
McHenry be and the same is hereby amended.
SECTION I. That the application of the provisions
of said Ordinance be and the same are hereby varied to permit
the repair and reconstruction of the garage and shop building
and the construction of an addition thereto, 24 feet by 22
feet on the property of HERBERT H. FREUND, located at 202
East Pearl. Street, and described as follows:
The East 1/2 of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 20 of
the Original Plat of the City of McHenry,
and the North 11 feet of the East 1/2 of Lot
6 in Block 20 of the Original Plat of the
City of McHenry, otherwise described as being
near the Northwest Corner of Pearl and Court
Streets.
SECTION II. That all maps, plats, journals and re-
cords of the City of McHenry shall be changed to conform here-
with.
SECTION III. That all ordinances or parts thereof
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION. IV. That this ordinance shall be of full
force and effect following its passage and approval according
to law.
