BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
County of McHenry, and State of Illinois, that the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois, be
amended by changing the classification of Lots 1 and 2
in Block 2 of Venice Park Addition from "R-1" classification
to a "B-1" classification and, further;
RESOLVED that the classification of Lot 3 in Block 2
of Venice Park Addition be varied to permit its use
for parking.
