AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, McHENRY
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 16-48(a), (b), (d), (f)(2) and (3), and (g)(1) and
(2) of the Municipal Code, City of McHenry, are hereby amended to read as
follows:
(a) LAKELAND PARK COMMUNITY CENTER. The rental fee and deposit for
the use of the Community center will be as follows:

(d) SOFTBALL LEAGUE EQUALIZATION FEES. A season fee shall be paid by
each softball team participating in organized league play and the
fee for each individual team shall be based on whether or not such
team is a "Resident" or a "Non -Resident" team. A "Resident" team
is defined to be one whose roster is composed of at least 80% City
of McHenry residents. A "Non -Resident" team is defined to be one
whose roster is composed of at least 60% School District 15 and
School District 156 residents, but less than 80% City of McHenry
residents. The season fee for such teams shall be as follows:
McHenry Area Men's 12 inch League, Resident Team No fee
McHenry Area Men's 12 inch League, Non -Resident Team $100.00
Other Resident Men's Team No fee
Other Non -Resident Men's Team $100.00
Women's 16 inch League Resident Team No Fee
Women's 16 inch League Non -Resident Team $100.00
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
