AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIME CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2: Chapter 13, of the Municipal Code, commonly
known as the "Motor Vehicle and Traffic Regulations Ordinance" of the
City of McHenry, be and the same is hereby amended by changing Section
13-1217(i) to read as follows:
13-1217(i) Parking is permitted in the following areas on a
monthly permit or fee basis only:
(1) Parking spaces numbered 1 through 13 inclusive
of the Green Street municipal parking lot des-
ignated on the attached plat„
Such fee shall be in the amount of $10.00 per calen-
dar month and shall be payable to the City in advance.
SECTION 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions .of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less
than $20.00 nor more than $500.00.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet
form by and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the
City of McHenry.
SECTION 5: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form.
