AN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McHENRY,
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. Section 13-1217(5) of Chapter 13 of the Municipal
Code of the City of McHenry, Illinois, relating to No Parking Zones,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
13-1217(5) LILLIAN STREET on the south side of the street
from Front Street to a point 125 feet west of
Front Street and on the north side of Lillian
Street from Front Street to Sioux Lane and both
sides of Lillian Street from Sioux Lane to
Crystal Lake Road.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith
be and the same are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by
and under the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of
McHenry, Illinois.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
