RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ICHENRY, ILLINOIS, AUTHORIZING THE
CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS ON DEPOSIT IN THE ICHENRY STATE BANE.
Whereas taxes are levied and collected for the purpose of paying interest an
bonds and retiring of bonds when due, and
Whereas the County Collector makes no separation of cash paid to the city, and
Whereas bond and interest funds are now on deposit in the general fund of the
City of McHenry and
Whereas it has been determined that Tax Receipts collected subsequent to
April 30, 1958, are subject to the following allocations:
General Corporate Purposes 16.896,
Bond Retirements 53.11%
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasury, ,f the City of McHenry is
hereby authorised to transfer 53.11% of tax money (including back taxes) received
from the County Collector during the current fiscal year from the general fund to
the Bond and Interest Retirement Fund, and
Be it Further Resolved that the Treasurer of The City of '1oHenry is hereby
authorised to trane'er such other amounts from the General find to the Bond and
Interest Retirement Fund as may be found necessary (Pay interest on bonds and
retire bands becoming due as City of McHenry obligations during the ourrent fiscal
year.

I, Earl R. Walsh, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I am the City Clerk
of the City of McHenry, Illinois and that as such City Clerk, I an the keeper and
custodian of the files and records of said City of McHenry and the seal thereof.
I DO FURTHER CERTIFY that the above and foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Council of the City of McHenry
on July 28, 1958, the original of which is entrusted to my care for safe keeping.
