RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Charles Lovett was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals
on November 11, 1994, and was appointed as Vice Chairman May 5, 1997; and
WHEREAS, he has submitted his resignation after serving the McHenry
Community for five years in the capacity of Member of the Zoning Board of
Appeals; and
WHEREAS, he has served in his position with dignity, fortitude, integrity,
loyalty, dedication and fairness; and
WHEREAS, he will be remembered for his sincerity, thoroughness and civic
interest in fulfilling his duties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the McHenry City Council
go on record as recognizing these accomplishments and expresses its appreciation
on behalf of the citizens of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be incorporated into the
minutes of this meeting and that a copy be presented to Charles Lovett.
