RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Section 2.06(c) of the Open Meetings Act specifies that tapes of
closed sessions may be destroyed without notification or approval of a records
commission as long as eighteen months have elapsed; and
WHEREAS, the McHenry City Council has approved the following Executive
Session Minutes and at least eighteen months have passed since the date of said
Executive Session Meeting taking place:
1/4/10 2/15/10 4/19/10
1/11/10 3/1/10 5/3/10
1/18/10 3/29/10 3/15/10
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of McHenry, Illinois, that authorization is hereby granted to destroy the audio
tapes of the Executive Session Minutes of the meetings and dates herein specified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made a
permanent part of the City Council minutes.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of December, 2011.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of engineering for the Crystal Lake Road improvements which
include traffic signal modernization, hot -mix asphalt surface removal, hot -mix asphalt resurfacing, pavement
patching, spot concrete curb and gutter replacement and other necessary collateral work required to complete
the soecfied work.

Dear Ms. Jones:
The Resolution for the above -referenced section adopted by the
City Council on December 5, 2011, received on December 19, 2011, was
approved as of December 19, 2011.
This provides for engineering for Crystal Lake Road improvements and
appropriates $50,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Funds for the subject
section.
