RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Open Meetings Act specifies that Executive Session Minutes be
reviewed for approval and/or release at least once every six months; and
WHEREAS, the McHenry City Council has reviewed and recommended for
approval the following Executive Session Minutes:
5123/11 Property Acquisition 8/15/1I Potential Litigation
6/6/11 Personnel 8/15/11 Property Acquisition
6113/I1 Personnel 1024/11 Collective Bargaining
6/13/I I Review Executive Session Minutes 12/5/11 Collective Bargaining
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of McHenry, Illinois, that authorization is hereby granted to approve the Mayor
and City Clerks execution of the aforesaid minutes of specified Executive Session
Minutes which are now approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made a
permanent part of the City Council minutes.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19t1i day of December, 2011.
