AN ORDINANCE
Increasing number of Class F2 Liquor Licenses (CVS/Pharmacy)
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illin
as contemplated under Article VII, Section 6, of the Constitution c
passage of this Ordinance constitutes an exercise of the City's horn
granted in the Constitution of the State of Illinois.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
McHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 4-6(5) of the Municipal Co
classifications is hereby amended by increasing the number of Class
(9) to ten (10).
