THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 2010, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2011.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois,
did on the 28" day of June, 2010, pass the Annual Appropriation Ordinance No. ORD-10-
1505 for the city for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2010 and ending April 30, 2011, the
amount of which is ascertained to be the aggregate sum of Thirty -Seven Million, Four
Hundred Fifty -Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Eighty -Seven dollars ($37,458,687), which
said Annual Appropriation Ordinance was duly published in pamphlet form on June 9, 2010,
and a certified copy thereof filed with the County Clerk of McHenry County, Illinois on July
20, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all taxable property within the
corporate limits of the City of McHenry, Illinois, subject to taxation for the year 2010, the
sum of $4,761,587 (Four Million, Seven Hundred Sixty -One Thousand, Five Hundred
Eighty -Seven Dollars and no cents) for the following specific purpose designated in said
Annual Appropriation Ordinance, and in the respective sums as follows:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of McHenry. Illinois, is hereby ordered and
directed to file with the County Clerk of McHenry County, Illinois, on or before the time
required by lave, a properly certified copy of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval,
and publication according to law.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, Illinois.
