An Ordinance Providing for the Renaming of
4937 Metalmaster Way to 1000 Ridgeview Drive
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, as follows:
SECTION 1: That 4937 Metalmaster Way in the City of McHenry be and is hereby
renamed to 1000 Ridgeview Drive.
SECTION 2: That following the passage of this ordinance the City of McHenry shall
notify the following as directed by State Statute: McHenry County Clerk Katherine Schultz,
McHenry Postmaster, Nunda Township Assessor and McHenry Utility Billing Department.
SECTION 2: If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, sentence or provision of this
ordinance shall be adjudged by any Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment
shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify the remainder thereof, which remainder shall remain
and continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict are hereby repealed to the ex.tend
of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
