AN ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE NAME OF CARRICK CIRCLE
TO CONWAY CIRCLE IN THE OAKS AT IRISH PRAHUE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, H LINOIS
WHEREAS, the Oaks at Irish Prairie Subdivision, Unit 1 was recorded in McHenry
County as Document 2006R0077150 (the "FINAL PLAT"); and
WHEREAS, the FINAL PLAT included a street bearing the name Carrick Circle; and
WHEREAS, the street named Carrick Circle is a duplicate of an existing street in the City
of McHenry (the "CITY"); and
WHEREAS, due to potential conflicts with emergency service personnel, utilities and
deliveries, it is necessary to change the street named Carrick Circle to Conway Circle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the street named Carrick Circle on the FINAL PLAT shall be and
hereby is changed to Conway Circle.
SECTION 2: That the CITY shall inform all appropriate governmental agencies of this
street name change and record a copy of this ordinance with the McHenry County Recorder of
Deeds office at the sole expense of Town and Country Homes.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions
hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
