AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT
OF SUBDIVISION FOR THE OAKS AT IRISH PRIAIRE UNIT 1,
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Town and Country Homes (referred to as the "OWNER") has requested approval of
the Final Plat of Subdivision for The Oaks at Irish Prairie Unit 1; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the final plat at a public meeting
held July 6, 2006 and provided a written record of this meeting and its recommendation to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the final plat is in conformance with the
Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the final plat entitled, "The Oaks at Irish Prairie - Unit 1," prepared by
Cemcon Ltd. and bearing the date 10-24-05 revised 08-07-06, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, be and the same is hereby approved subject to final engineering approval and that the Plat shall
be recorded within 6 months of City Council approval.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of
the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
