AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR THE OAKS AT IRISH PRAIRIE SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY
WHEREAS, Town and Country Homes has requested approval of the preliminary plat of
subdivision for The Oaks at Irish Prairie Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the proposed
preliminary plat at a public meeting held on March 17, 2005, and provided a written record of this
meeting and its recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the preliminary plat is in
conformance with the ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the preliminary plat entitled, "The Oaks at Irish Prairie," prepared by
Cemcon, Ltd., last revised 08/19/05, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and
the same is hereby approved. fE i i b ; I— A -
SECTION 2: All ordinances of parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions
hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
