AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PATRIOT
ESTATES SUBDMSION, IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Cunat, Incorporated (referred to as the "OWNER") has requested approval of the
Preliminary Plat for Patriot Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a public
meeting held July 7, 2005 and provided a written record of this meeting and its recommendation to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the preliminary plat is in conformance with
the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the preliminary plat entitled, "Patriot Estates Preliminary Plat," prepared by
Scheflow Engineers dated 4/19/05 and bearing the latest revision date of 7/12/05, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference be approved.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the
corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect and after its passage, approval and
publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
