FOR NORTH GATE EAST SUBDIVISION _
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, North Gate East LLC, (the "OWNER') has requested approval of the Final Plat of
Subdivision for North Gate East; and -
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the final plat at a public meeting held
May 20, 2004 and provided a written record of this meeting and its recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the variances and final plat is in conformance with
the Ordinances ofthe City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the final plat- entitled "NORTH -GATE EAST DEVELOPMENT", prepared by
Vanderstappen Surveying, Inc. dated 3/30/04 and bearing a latest revision date of 6/01/04 attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby approved with the condition that the final plat shall be -
recorded within six (6) months of City Council approval.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions hereof are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. - -
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the authority of the
corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.

_ SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and
publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
