AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.ORD-04-1231-AN ORDINANCE
ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF MCHENRY KNOWN AS THE
HUNTERVILLE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance No. ORD-04-1231, An Ordinance Annexing
Certain Property to the City of McHenry Known as the Hunterville Subdivision is hereby amended
so that the date of "June 1, 2005" in the second line of said section is deleted and replaced with the
date "October 1, 2005".
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the
extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form (which publication is hereby authorized) as provided by law.
