AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF LIBERTY TRAILS UNIT TWO, IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Gerstad Builders has requested approval of the final plat of subdivision for
Liberty Trails Unit II; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the proposed final plat
at a public meeting held June 17, 2004, and provided a written record of this meeting and its
recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the final plat is in conformance
with the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the final plat entitled "LIBERTY TRAILS UNIT TWO", prepared by
Howard Surveying Co., Inc., dated 9/12/03, and last revised 7/14/04, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby approved with the condition that final
plat be recorded within six (6) months from the date of approval of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions
hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
