ORD-04-1212.11 An Ordinance Granting a Variance to the Subdivision Control and Development Ordinance for the Pacini Property Located at the Northwest Corner of the Intersection of Bull Valley Road and Route 31 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, as follows: SECTION 1: That a variance from the City of McHenry Subdivision Control and Development Ordinance Technical Specifications Manual, Section T-4.7, Stormwater Runoff Storage (Detention) Basin Design, Paragraph B-4, is hereby granted, for the property located at the northwest corner of Bull Valley Road and Illinois Route 31, which is legally described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and incorporated herein, (the "SUBJECT PROPERTY"), to allow a ' .7 "s o�pe for a horizontal distance of ten (10) feet for the area one (1) foot above the normal water elevation and a 4:1 side slope above this elevation. SECTION 2: That the development of the SUBJECT PROPERTY shall be in substantial accordance with the engineerm Tans prepared by Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc. dated April 21, 2004, and previous y approved by the Army -Corps of Engineers.
