Alder- men present were : Buss , Ferwerda , Freund , Justen, Kreutzer , Overton. Absent : None . Motion by Kreutzer, seconded by Freund that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. Motion carried . Motion by Buss , sec -nded b.,r Overton that the Treasurei ' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Ferwerda , seconded by Kreutzer , that the City Collector ' s Annual rePort be approved as read . Motion carried .
