Aldermen present : Bolger, Buss, Freund, Kreutze ^. Absent : Ferwerda 111 Motion by Buss , seconded by Kreutzer, that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Kreutzer, that the minutes of the Special Meeting, held January 10th, be approved as read. Motion carried.
