Aldermen present: Bolger, Buss, Freund, Regner, Nye . Absent: Ferwerda. ' Motion by Nye, seconded by Regner that the minutes of the last regular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Freund, that the treasurer's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Nye, seconded by Freund, that the collector' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Regner, that the clerk's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Freund to approve the action of the clerk in determining the balance due and the payment of $331.50 to The McHenry Band. Motion carried. Motion by Nye, seconded by Bolger, that the following bills be paid as approved by the Finance Committee. Motion carried. Edw. J.
