The annual meeting of the City Council 4=was held

Monday evening with Mayor Overton presiding. Aldermen
present : Buss , Ferwerda , Freund, Nye , Regner. Absent :
Bolger.
Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Freund that
the minutes of the last regular meeting be approved
as read. Motion carried .
:Lotion by Buss , seconded Nye that the Treasurer ' s
monthly report be approved as read . Motion carried.
Motion by Freund , seconded by Feiner , that
the Collector ' s monthly report be approved as read .
Motion carried.
Motion by Nye , seconded by Ferwerda, that
the Clerk ' s monthly report be approved es read .
Motion carriedl .
Motion by Ferwerda , seconded by Buss , that
the Treasurer ' s annual report be a proved as read .
Motion carried.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund , that
the Collector ' s annual report be approved es read.
Motion carried.
Motion by Freund , seconded by Nye , that the
Clerk ' s annual report be approved as read . Motion
carried .

the following bills be paid es approved by the
Finance committee .
