AUGUST 5TH, 1940
The City Council met in regular monthly meeting,
with Mayor Overton presiding. Aldermen present: Bolger, Buss ,
Ferwerda, Freund, Nye, Regner. Absent: None.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund that the
mimutes of the last regular meeting be approved as read.
Motion carried.
Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Nye, that the
treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Freund, seconded by Regner, that the
collectors report be approved as read.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by rerwerda, that
the clerks report be approved as read.
Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Nye, that the
following bills be paid as approved by the finance committee.
Motion carried.
