FEBRUARY 3RD, 1941
The City Council met in regular monthly meeting
with Mayor Overton presiding . Alderman present : Buss, Fer-
werda, Freund, Nye, Regner. Absent: Bolger.
(r Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Freund, that the
minutes of the last -regular meeting be approved as read.
Motion carried.
Motion by Nye, seconded by Buss , that the
Treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Ferwerda, that the
Collector' s report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Freund, seconded by Nye , that phe
Clerk' s report be approved, as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Regner, that the
following bills be paid as approved by the finance committee.
Motion carried.

revised plat of Venice Park addition to McHenry Unit No. 1,
changing Private Lane No. 1 (Venice Avenue) from 60 foot width
to 66 foor width. Motion carried.
Motion by Buss, seconded by Nye, to adjourn. Motion
