MARCH 1ST, 1943
The City Council met in regualr monthly meeting with
F. Ferwerda, Mayor Pro Tem, presiding. Aldermen present: Buss ,
Freund, Nye, Regner. Absent: None.
' Motion by Freund, seconded by Buss, that the minutes of
the last regular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Nye , that the treasurer's
report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Nye, seconded by Freund , that the collector's
report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buss , seconded by Nye, that the clerk' s report
be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Nye, that the following
bills be paid as approved by the finance committee:

Motion by Buss , seconded by Regner , to pass and approve
ordinance as read designating polling places , judges and clerks for
the city election to be held April 20, 1943. Motion carried.

ordinance as read, vacating a street located west of the Chicago and
Northwestern Railroad Right of Way and south of Out Lot 7 .
Motion by Buss, seconded by Regner, to adjourn. Motion
carried.
