Aldermen present: Ferwerda, Freund , Nye, /1 Regner, Tonyan. Absent: Buss . Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund, that the minutes of the last regular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Tonyan, that the treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Nye, seconded by Freund, that, the collector' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Regner, seconded by Ferwerda, that the clerk' s report be approved as read. Motion carried . Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Regner, to pass and approve ordinance, as read, amending an ordinance concerning licenses and permits known as Chapter 10, section 176 of the Municipal Code. of the City of McHenry. Motion carried. It was agreed that applications for alcoholic beverage licenses would be acted upon at the April 17th meeting and the clerk was instructed to notify license holders.
