Ferwerda, Regner. Absent: Buss, Tonyan. Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Freund, that the minutes of the last regular meeting be approved roved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Refiner, seconded by Nye, that the treasurer's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Ferwerda, that the collectors• report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Nye, seconded by Regner, that the clerk's report - be approved as read. Motion carried.
