Buss, Fereerda, Freund, Nye, Tonyan. Absent, Regner. Motion by Nye, seconded by Freund, that the minutes of the t last re ular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. g Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Tonyan, that the treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Nye , that the collector' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Buss, seconded by Ferwerda, that the clerk' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Buss, seconded by Nye, to pay John P. Weber the sum of $10.00 for options granted to the City of McHenry on river lot; pending action of voters at next regular election on purchase of said lot for park purposes, purchase price designated at $1800.00. Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Nye, to approve the appli- cation of Harold F. Miller for class "A" tavern license, the total license fee of $350.00 having been paid to cover period from March 1 , 1945 to May 1, 1945. Motion by Buss, seconded by Ferwerda, to adjourn.
