JULY 2ND, 1945
The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with
Mayor Overton presiding. Aldermen present: Althoff , Buss, Ferwerda,
Freund, Negner, Tonyan. Absent: None.
11 Motion by Althoff, seconded by Buss, that the minutes of the
last regular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Tonyan, seconded by Freund, that the treasurer's
report ba approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Regner, that the collector' s
report be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Althoff, that the clerk's report
be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Refiner, seconded by Ferwerda, that the following
bills be paid as approved by the finance committee.

Motion carried.
Motion by Buss, seconded by Althoff, to pass and approve
the annual appropriation ordinance as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buss, seconded by Ferwerda, to adjourn. Motion
carried.
