AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF PRAIRIE POINTE BUSINESS PARK, IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY,
MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Prime Commercial Corporation has requested approval of the Final Plat of
Subdivision for Prairie Pointe Business Park; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the proposed final plat
at a public meeting held June 5, 2003 and provided a written record of this meeting and its
recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the final plat is in conformance
with the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the final plat entitled "FINAL PLAT OF PRAIRIE POINTE BUSINES
PARK", prepared by Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc. dated 5/27/03, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and provisions
hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
