Aldermen present : Althoff, Ferwerda, 110 Freund, Regner, Tonyan. Absent: Buss. Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund , that the minutes of the last regular meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Althoff, seconded by Tonyan, that the treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Ferwerda, seconded by Freund, that the collectors report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Tonyan, seconded by Freund , that the clerk' s report be approved as read. Ball bearings 3.58N Public Service Company Power & light 51,80'' Mayme Buss Salary 40.00s Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund, to pass an Electric Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Company of Northern Illinois to operate and maintain an eledtriclight and power system in the City of McHenry, subject to the approval of the ordinance by City Attorney, Vernon J. Knox. Motion carried . Attorney Charles S . Parker appeared before the Council in behalf of R. N. Devore seeking an agreement and method of procedure for extending sewer line South on Front Street from the corner of John Street. It was agreed that Mayor Overton contact Engineer V. H. Kasser to secure plans for the extension. ' Motion by Regner, seconded by Ferwerda, to approve the annual audit report as submitted and reviewed by J. W. North and to pay bills as submitted in the amount of $187.50 covering General Fund and $50.00 covering Special Sewer Account for auditing service. Motion carried.
