NOVEMBER 18TH, 1946
The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with
Mayor Overton presiding. Aldermen present: Buss, Freund, Regner ,
Tonyan. Absent : Althoff.
Motion by Regner, seconded by Freund, that the minutes of the
last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buss, seconded by Regner, to pay Funding Bond in the
amount of $2OOQ.00 plus $420.00 interest and $7.00 service charge,
due December 1, 1946, to the American National Bank and Trust

Engineer V. H. Kasser was present to discuss ways of improving
city water. It was agreed to install blow-out valve at base of
water tower to enable fre4iuent and effective cleaning. Mr. Kasser
was instructed to proceed with plans and the purchase of material.
Reports of officers, committees and city employees were re-
ceived by the council.
Motion by Freund, seconded by Buss, to adjourn. Motion
carried.
