Freund, George P. Freund, Regner, Tonyan. Absent: Anderson. Motion by Althoff, seconded by George J. Freund, that the 110 minutes of the last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by George J. Freund, seconded by Tonyan, that the treasurer' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Althoff, seconded by George P. Freund, that the collector' s report be approved ks read. Motion carried. Motion by Regner, seconded by George P. Freund, that the clerk' s report be approved as read. Motion carried. Freund, to instruct the city clerk to write a letter, in behalf of the City Council, to A. P. Freund in recognition of his cooperation and efforts in making possible the new Athletic Field. Motion carried. Motion by George P. Freund, seconded by Althoff, to exercise option given to the City of McHenry by Anton P. Freund and Margaret Freund on Municipal Athletic Field, accept deed and pay the balance of $2200.00 to complete purchase price of property. Motion carried. Motion by George P. Freund, seconded by George J. Freund, to accept deed and pay Anton P. Freund and Margaret Freund the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars for 0.630 acres of land, as described on plat, adjoining property purchased for Municipal Athletic Field purposes. Motion carried. • Motion by Althoff, seconded by George P. Freund, to pass and approve resolution, as read, to the State of Illinois requesting permit to construct a Sanitary Sewer in Front Street (State Route 31) from John Street Southerly for a distance of 700 feet.
