Freund, that the mi4utes of read., Motion ca riedd the special meeting held April 26th be approved as Motion by Althoff, seconded by George P. Freund, that the treasurer's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Regner, seconded by Anderson, that the clerk's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by George J.
