NB tEFORB, Be It Further Resolved that the ordinance adopted October 18, 1948, by this City Council authorising an issue of 20,04O eta B e'ks Improvement rovement r3onds of said City dated November 1, 1948, was by appropriate proceedings duly had and taken in the manner and form and time as by law required, approved by a majority of the legal voters of said City voting at said special election, and that this City Council is now authorised to issue the said 02O,000 Bridge Bonds as aforesaid. Bs IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of No Henry, No Henry County, Illinois, that the sale of the issue of $20,000 Bridge Bonds of said City dated November 1, 1948, as described in that certain ordinance heretofore adopted October 14, 1948, as appr©wed by the legal voters of said City voting thereon at the special election held on November 16, 1910, to Bauman & Main, Chicago, Illinois, at a price of par and accrued interest be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor, City Clerk, and City Treasurer be authorized and directed to ezeoute all such oer- tifiestes and to do and perform such acts as may be necessary to a prompt delivery of said bonds as provided in said :ordinance.
