Aldermen present: Althoff, Anderson, Blake, Freund, Vycital. Absent: Tonyan. 11111 Motion by Freund, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. • Motion by Althoff, seconded by Freund, that the treasurer's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Vycital, seconded by Blake, that the collector's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Blake, that the clerk's report be approved as read. Parking arrangements were also requested and agreed upon. A letter from the State of Illinois, Department of Health, approving McHenry city water, was read to the Council.
