DECEMBER 18, 1950
The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with Mayor
Freund presiding. Aldermen present: Althoff, Anderson, Freund, Rothermel,
Thennes, Vycital. Absent: None.
1110 Motion by Anderson, seconded by Rothermel, that the minutes of the
last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried.
Reports of various committees and departmental heads were received
by the Council.
Motion by Vycital, seconded by Thennes, to instruct the City Clerk, as
enforcement officer of Interim Zoning Ordinance, to institute a filing fee of
Ten Dollars for hearings before the zoning Board of Appeals. Motion carried.
Motion by Althoff, seconded by Freund, to adjourn. Motion carried.
