Aldermen present: Althoff, Anderson, Freund, Rothermel, Thennes, Vycital. Absent: None. Motion by Vycital, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the I/1 last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Althoff, seconded by Thennes, to approve the treasurer's report as read and place it on file. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Thennes, to approve the collector's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Eothermel, seconded by Vycital, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion carried. Motion by Althoff, seconded by Anderson, to adopt the following resol- ution: "SEAS funds, in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3337.50) will be available from other sources for the retirement of a part of Green Street Bridge Bonds due July 1, 1951 and January 1, 1952 and whereas no tax levy will be required for said amount, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to notify the County Clerk of McHenry County to reduce the levy for the year 1951 by the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3337.50)."
