Aldermen present: Althoff, Anderson, Freund, Rothermel, Thennes,'Vycital. Absent: None. 1111 Motion byVycital, y ital, seconded by Thennes, that the minutes of the last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Althoff, seconded by Rothermel, that the treasurer's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Althoff, that the collector's report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Rothermel, seconded by Vycital, that the clerk's report be approved as read. Freund Grease 2.55 Motion by Althoff, seconded by Freund, to pass and approve resolution, as read, to State of Illinois appropriating motor Fuel Tax Funds in the amount of Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($6675.00) for the payment of bonds and interest (Green St. Bridge) due January 1, 1952 and January 1, 1953. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Thennes, to pass and approve the following resolution to the County Clerk: "WHEREAS funds, in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred .Thirty- seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3337.50) will be available from other sources for the retirement of a part of Green Street Bridge Bonds due January 11 1952 and whereas no tax levy will be required for said amount, Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed to notify the County Clerk of Magary County to reduce the levy for the year 1951 by the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cants ($3337.50)." 10 Motion carried. Motion by Vycital, seconded by Rothermel, to approve plat of second addition to Kelter Estate Subdivision. Looze, prepare and send to the Board of Appeals and Board of Supervisors, McHenry County, Illinois a proper request that the lands acquired by the City for use as a municipal park and baseball diamond be freed from any taxes assessed by any taxing body as is the legal right for such public lands."
