The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with Mayor Freund
presiding. Aldermen present: Althoff, Anderson, Freund, Rothermel, Thennes,
Vycital. Absent: None.

last meeting as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Freund, seconded by Vycital, to approve the treasurer's
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Vycital, seconded by Freund, to approve the collector's
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Thennes, seconded by Vycital, to approve the clerk's report
as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Thennes, seconded by Anderson, that the following bills be

Motion by Thennes, seconded by Anderson, to repeal the existing Interim
Zoiing Ordinance. Motion carried.
Motion by Rothermel, seconded by Althoff, to pass and approve Zoning
Ordinance as read and designated as "An Ordinance Creating A Zoning Ordinance of
the City of McHenry." Motion carried.
Motion by- Anderson, seconded by Thennes, to pass ordinance, as read,
vacating part of Venice Avenue in the Original Plat of Venice Park Addition to
McHenry Unit No. 1, subject to rededication of plat changing width at Westerly
side of Court Street extended to 50 feet. Motion carried.
Motion by Althoff, seconded by Freund, to adjourn. Motion carried.
