Aldermen present: Anderson, Freund, Rothermel, Thennes, Vycital. Absent: Althoff. 10 Motion by Thennes, seconded by Vycital, that the minutes of the last meeting be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Freund, that the treasurer's report for the month of April be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Thennes, that the collector's report for the month of April be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Rothermel, seconded by Anderson, that the clerk's report for the month of April be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Vycital, seconded by Thennes, that the treasurer's annual report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Freund, that the collector's annual report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Vycital, that the clerk's annual report be approved as read. Motion carried. Motion by Thennes, seconded by Anderson, that Donald Johnson, having received the highest number of votes for the office of Alderman in bard No. 2, be declared elected. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Vycital, that Leo G. Rothermel, having received the highest number of votes for the office of Alderman in Ward No. 3, be declared elected. Motion carried.
