Aldermen present: Anderson, Buchert, Freund, Johnson, Roth rmel, Thennes. Absent: None. Motion by Thanes, seconded by Johnson, to approve the minutes of the 4111 last meeting as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Freund, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Johnson, to approve the collectors report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Freund, seconded by Rothermel, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Rothermel, seconded by Freund McHenry Sand and Gravel Companyp , to approve agreement with city water tower for a considerationlofl ng attachment of radio antenna to the �50.00 per year. Motion carried. Motion by Johnson, seconded by Buchert, to enter into contract with Motorola Communications & Electronics Inc.of new Police Radio for installation and maintenance system. Motion carried. A letter and recommendations and the operation of om the State Health Department, setting forth requirements the Sewage Disposal Plant, was read to the Council. Motion by Johnson, seconded by Buchert, to engage the services of Engineer V. H. Kasser to make survey and report on the operation of the city sewage system. Motion carried.
