The clerk was instructed to write to C. L. Tryin, County Superintendent of
Highways, regarding approval of plans and county participation in construction of
bridge on Green Street, north of Park Avenue.
Motion by Johnson, seconded by Freund, to install electric eye control system
for street lights instead of time switches, as outlined in letter from Aldridge Electtic
dated November 26, 1954. Motion carried.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Johnson, to approve the application made by the
Woodstock Children's Home to hold a Tag Day in McHenry on Saturday, December 11, 1954.
Motion carried.
Motion by Rothermel, seconded by Buchert, to adopt amended resolution for
improvement by municipality under the motor fuel tax law, proposed improvement con-
sisting of multi-plate arch culvert with headwalls and pavement widening, Arterial
Street #7, Section 3 C.S. Motion carried.
Motion by Freund, seconded by Buchert, to adjourn. Motion carried.
