The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with Mayor Freund
presiding. Aldermen present: Antonson, Brown, Buchert, Gausden, Johnson.
Absent: None.
I/0 Motion by Gausden, seconded by Buchert, to approve the minutes of the
last meeting as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, seconded by Antonson, to approve the treasurer's
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Gausden, to approve the collector's
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Gausden, seconded by Antonson, to approve the clerk's
report as read. Motion carried.

Motion by Gausden, seconded by Antonson, to pass and approve ordinance
providing fora special election December 6, 1955 to fill vacancies in the office
of alderman in Ward No. .2 and Ward No. 3. Motion carried.
Motion by Johnson, seconded by Gausden, to grant request from the
Woodstock Children's Home to hold a Tag Day in McHenry, Becember 10, 1955. -Motion
carried.
Motion by Gausden, seconded by Buchert, to approve renewal of Maintenance
Agreement with Motorola Communications & Electronics, Inc. Motion carried.
Motion by Gausden, seconded by Antonson, to pass and approve MFT
Resolution pertaining Front Street maintenance. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, seconded by Johnson, to adjourn. Motion carried.
