Aldermen presents Antonson, Brown, Buchert, Dixon, Gausden, Kauss. Absents None. Motion by Brown, seconded by Antonson, to approve the minutes of the last meeting as read. Motion carried. Motion by Buchert, seconded by Gausden, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Gausden, seconded by Kauss, to approve the collector's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Antonson, seconded by Brown, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion carried. Motion by Gausden, seconded by Dixon, to pass and approve Planning Commission Ordinance. Motion carried. Motion by Gausden, seconded by Antonson, to pass and approve "Ordinance Repealing Paragraph 492 of Article 3 of Chapter 19 of The Municipal Code of The City of McHenry". Motion carried. Motion by Brown, seconded by Kauss, to pass and approve "Ordinance Concerning The Requirements For The Construction of Grain Elevators, Ice Houses, and Lumber Yards". Motion carried. Motion by Buchert, seconded by Antonson, to purchase Flexible Sewer Machine, Model PD50, from Trojan Tool Equipment Co. at a cost of $330.00. Motion carried. Motion by Kauss, seconded by Dixon, to purchase Carry-All Trailer for sewer-rodding equipment, Model TR-1, from Trojan Tool Equipment Co. at a cost of $310.00. Motion carried. 110. Motion by Brown, seconded by Buchert, to approve request ofTh e q Salvation Army to sell tags in McHenry Friday, June 15, 1956 (Doughnut Day). Motion carried. Motion by Gausden, seconded by Buchert, to pass and approve resolution to State of Illinois, Division of Waterways, pertaining change in sewer line crossing Boone Creek. Motion carried.
